The rooms are tastefully decorated and a nice size, with hypo-allergenic pillows. the staff was always available which was a pleasant change. the location is relatively quiet and convenient, just a short distance from Mixik.

All good — we loved this nice budget hotel — the food was excellent and the staff were affable. The property had a fantastic location very close to Cenote Caracon. The attached restaurant was charming with plenty of meals in the menu. It was surely a very nice stay for four nights.

The venue offers reasonable and delicious breakfast with pastries. the staff is responsive, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. - the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, situated next to the main shopping and restaurant street in the center of Tulum.

The rooms here come fully equipped with air conditioning and a TV, which is a nice touch. 💨📺 Everything works perfectly fine. the location is just fantastic, being so close to the main avenue makes it super convenient.

I absolutely fell in love with this house! It was so uniquely designed, full of art decorations, plants, and there was a cute parrot and a few cats living there too. The owners and staff were the nicest people and it felt like living with a family rather than a hotel. It has a very nice rooftop to chill. The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, just 2 blocks from the main street and within a 5-minute walk to lots of restaurants and the bus station.

Location, building design & landscape design

The (included) breakfast was pure mockery (tea or coffee, one tiny piece of bread, a small croissant, jam and butter). The TV was of very poor quality (the TV set, remote control and program reception). Not able to pay with visa - only cash was accepted. Bathroom needs to be renovated.

Very lovely hotel. New with many decorations. You can feel the spirit of Mexico due to nice music in the morning, interesting interior, friendly staff. Nice served breakfast.

This hidden gem in the heart of Tulum exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the location is unbeatable - just two blocks from the vibrant strip packed with restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of simplicity and elegance, with rooms that are comfortable, clean, and equipped with great amenities like a lovely balcony and a mini bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. And the breakfast, served in the courtyard surrounded by lush greenery, was a delicious and affordable treat.
